The Classic New Yorker has solid construction using 18-gauge and heavier food grade stainless steel. We use a continuous weld wherever possible and all edges are smooth and rounded for ease of cleaning and safety. The Classic New Yorker an excellent choice in hot dog carts for operators who don't have a tow vehicle. It is built to our usual high standards of quality but of lighter weight construction for easy pushing. The usual tow hitch is ommitted to save weight and this also reduces over-all length. The Classic New Yorker has a built-in double ice box to keep sodas cold on one side with the meat stored on the other side. The cart will come with steamers but if you would also like the BBQ, please add $300. We will also ensure that the Classic New Yorker meets and exceeds all your local health standards. It comes with hot and cold running water and is available with as many sinks (1,2,3 or 4) as is needed for health department approval.
